Centro de Capacitación Misional (CCM) refers to the Missionary Training Center (MTC).

English Title Translation: "The End of the MTC: Super. Great."

I cannot guarantee that any of this Spanish is correct, but it gets closer each time!

¡Hola! Las noticias de la misión hoy serán sobre las dos semanas pasadas, en lugar de uno: incluyendo mi semana última en el Centro de Capacitación Misional (CCM). Estoy un poco triste saliendo el CCM, pero yo sé que mi tiempo en el campo será gran y yo tendré una experiencia muy buen. Saldré a Arizona (mi misión temporal) en el lunes después de luego. Pero, mientras tanto, he sido soltado actualmente, y seré soltado hasta el día antes de mi vuelo a Arizona. Y nuestro tiempo fue súper buen, pero hay tiempos mejores adelante.

La Conferencia General el fin de semana pasada fue muy buen también. Quizás, voy a escribir sobre esa en la entrada próxima.

Los quesos:

• "Mahon", de España: cremoso y suave, pero con un regusto acido

• "Le Delice Mon Sire Frome", de Francia: un queso Brie, que se desmigaja, pero más suave como el Mahon

• "Seahive", de Utah: firme, un poco dulce (tiene miel), y con un poco sal; muy interesante, recomendaría

• "Red Dragon Cheddar Mustard Seed", de Inglaterra: un cheddar suave, y, como el nombre dice, llenado con semillas de mostaza; muy interesante también

Estoy tratando equilibrando mis quesos entre los Estados Unidos y el resto del mundo, y yo pienso que he hecho bien.

English Translation:

Hello! The news from the mission today will be about the last two weeks, instead of one: including my last week in the Missionary Training Center (MTC). I'm a little sad to be leaving the MTC, but I know that my time in the field will be great and I will have a very good experience. I will leave for Arizona (my temporary mission) on the Monday after next. But, in the meantime, I have actually been released, and will be released until the day before my flight to Arizona. It's okay though, I am preparing and very excited to leave. Then I will say "goodbye!" to you all!

For this week, I think that I will talk about my time in the MTC and, of course, the cheeses I have promised to discuss for two weeks. The last two weeks have been very good, and I like how I spent my remaining time with my district. We worked hard in our last week, and my companion Elder Hunt and I had five TRC lessons. It was hard but fun! It is sad to leave my district, as they were great and I had a great time with them. We always used to say "super good" in our classes, a phrase from our teacher, Brother Tracy. In honor of this time, "super good" is the title of this entry. And our time was super good, but there are better times ahead.

General Conference last weekend was very good too. I may write about that in the next entry.

The cheeses:

• "Mahon," from Spain: creamy and smooth, but with a sharp aftertaste

• "Le Delice Mon Sire Frome," from France: a Brie cheese, crumbly, but milder than the Mahon

• "Seahive", from Utah: firm, a little sweet (it has honey), and with a little salt; very interesting, would recommend

• "Red Dragon Cheddar Mustard Seed," from England: a smooth cheddar, and, as the name says, filled with mustard seeds; also very interesting

I am trying to balance my cheeses between the United States and the rest of the world, and I think I have done well.
